Some interesting facts about the Hungarian language

• the Hungarian call themselves "magyar" and they use that for the language as well 😮

• only approximately 13 million people speak Hungarian 

• the world order is flexible, but you still have to learn some rules because there are some rules

• its longest word has 44 letters: "megszentségteleníthetetlenségeskedéseitekért". It means “for your [plural] continued behavior as if you could not be desecrated”. (No worries, we have long words, but never use this one!) 😲

• we have two words for red: "piros" and "vörös". The wine and the rose are always "vörös", but cars or clothes are "piros" 😉

• the Hungarian alphabet has 44 letters and some letters have two or three parts, for example, "sz", "cs" and "dzs"
